Today (8/16/24) a resident had a medical emergency and the first responders were trying to get in the building for over 30 minutes. No staff was present to let them in and the police even came and tried to assist them getting access. The police said the building is supposed to have technology in place to allow the doors to open for them during an emergency. This incident was dangerous and shameful and prolonged the resident getting emergency medical attention. Where was the staff????

I lived here for 4 years, at first it was nice but after four months it went down hill fast. They were no better than slum lords. The property manager was changed about every six months. The last was Latasha, she had nothing fixed and was very rude, I moved four months ago. Only thing done was increase the rent every year. Stay away from this place.

Hello. Maybe it's too soon to write a review about this building, but after living here the past 20 days, I am happy with the place. The staff is caring & sincere about the things that concern inside * outside the bldg. We do need a maintenance person every day

The renters let in the homeless. The renters allow the homeless to urinate and fecate in the hallways. Yells at staff to put in public bathrooms. The renters break and cause excessive wear and tear with the homeless. Than complain the place is run down.
