I took my mom for a tour and dinner at American House. The first thing that struck us was how friendly the staff and residents are. This senior living community is top-notch. It’s a newer, well-maintained building with comfortable gathering spaces. Dinner was tasty, with several offerings. The residents we met were welcoming, engaged and active participants in the programming offered. We left with the feeling that this is a place where seniors live well in a caring environment. We really appreciated the time Earl, the Community Relations Director, spent with us—he is so personable and had many helpful suggestions as we explore options.

Recently had to find placement for my parents and American House of Oak Park was recommended. Took a tour with Earl, the Community Relations Director. The facility was top of the line for cleanliness, activities offered, and outdoor space. As Earl took me through the process he was very patient with me, took in my concerns over specific concerns for my parents help and followed up immediately after my visit with ideas for accommodations. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.

This is a premier Senior living facilty!!! The staff is exemplary in every aspect of care for the residents. The food here is wonderful. Lucky Entertainment has been blessed to provide entertainment for numerous events since they opened. We see first hand how much they care for and provide the best for their residents. We visited American house for the first time this week. It’s a beautiful 3 year old facility and we felt warmly greeted by the management team. The common areas feel like a first class hotel environment. The staff throughout were professional. We’re in the midst of exploring options right now, and found pricing to be reasonable and middle range. Rooms are nicely designed with especially nice kitchens and fully modern bathrooms.
