Sandia Vista

Sandia Vista has been a miracle for our family. The staff is wonderful, especially Erica who made the moving in process easy and pleasant, and has followed up daily to make sure that mom is comfortable. The prices are surprisingly affordable considering that it’s like an all-inclusive cruise ship experience, with 24-hour maintenance on site. At 87, it wasn’t safe for mom to live on her own. She is now in a safe, friendly, clean place that provides three meals a day, plus unlimited snacks, tea, etc.; a wide variety of exercise and social activities every day and evening; weekly shopping, transportation to doctor appointments——everything she needs. Laundry and beauty parlor are on site. Many other residents came forward to introduce themselves and welcome mom. I am very impressed at how inclusive, upbeat, and loving this community is. The atmosphere reminds me of a college dorm where people are interested in making friends, learning, growing, and living their best life.

We made a list of 3 senior living communities to visit for my sister, in August 2025. Sandia Vista was the first on the list and we didn't waste our time looking further. Absolutely everything you could want in a community living situation... nice clean rooms, beautiful community spaces, excellent food, transpiration, extensive and consistent social activities. That said... the most important thing they showed us was a culture among the staff and residents that is warm, welcoming and kind. The trifecta of any living situation right? Fast forward.. my sister has now been living and thriving at SVSL for almost 3 months and all that we accessed on that initial interview has remained true. Thank you Jadon, Vincent and Erika and everyone else at Sandia Vista Senior Living! We could not be happier.

I highly recommend checking out Sandia Vista Senior Living Center. I moved there over a month ago. I have not regretted it at all. Friendly administration and residents! I cannot believe how many friends. I have made there! Clean facility inside and out! They allowed Sadie there! The staff and residents love my dog!!! They have a great dog park on site. The food is good....meals are there 3 times a day. The kitchen has an anytime menu for the residents! Activities galore! So many great amenities! I am glad that I chose this wonderful place to live!!!!

The apartments are very nice, modern, easy to maintain. You have your own AC and on demand hot water. It’s quiet enough even for me. The bathroom especially the shower is a dream to use. The cleaning staff is very efficient. The cooks/ food are wonderful the wait-people are nice. They have meals for vegetarians like me. Some residents are so interesting and have led such fascinating lives. Most of all Yvonne (I forget her title) manager or director or something just absolutely makes things work. Thanks Yvonne.
