The reception team does a great job creating a welcoming and organized environment. They are friendly, professional, and helpful without ever feeling rushed or overwhelmed. They handle calls, questions, and visitors efficiently, and they’re always willing to point people in the right direction. Even during busy times, they remain calm and respectful. A special thank you to Jenny, Maria, Kimberly, Beth, and Fernanda for the positive energy and consistency they bring to the front desk each day. We also appreciate our overnight concierge team, Karl and Kevin, for maintaining a steady, attentive presence after hours and helping ensure the community feels safe and supported at all times. This team takes pride in their work and cares about making residents and families feel comfortable. Thank you all for everything you do!

San Marino Assisted Living is truly a wonderful place. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring toward every resident. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels warm and welcoming, creating a real sense of comfort and community. The leadership team is fantastic and always open to listening, which speaks volumes about how much they value both residents and families. The activities program is over the top—engaging, fun, and thoughtfully planned to keep everyone active and involved. Most importantly, the residents are happy to be here, and that says it all. Our mom moved into San Marino after we received rave reviews from a friend. We have not been disappointed!! Our mom has moved from independent to assisted to memory care - each move well orchestrated and facilitated by the conscientious staff at San Marino. The communication from leadership to the sales group and to the staff has been timely and complete. San Marino is a very compassionate and caring place where we've been able to sleep well knowing that our mom is well cared for by all the staff. We had toured over 15 places in the Denver area and none had the feel of community like San Marino. And we love the food, a rarity in retirement communities, as we all have eaten there with our mom. We are forever grateful that our mom ended up at San Marino. Especially hats off to the leadership team of Lisa and Meghan - we can't imagine two more caring people to oversee the care of our mom.

Everything is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a warm, inviting home than a senior living community.
