Well, the 5 star rating I give is because I feel Vintage Shores has created an outstanding home for me. Mina and Louis are responsible the beautiful upkeep of the grounds and Mina’s hospitality is superb and very delightful. Louis cares for the grounds as if it were his own, paying attention to detail. I feel happier than I ever have been living here, and it’s due to having such happy, and caring neighbors that make it easy to live in apartment living. Mina and Louis, you are the best and very appreciated by me and others. Thank you for making it a happy home🌹❤️🫶

Location,Location,Location; -), The on location Management staff are really terrific people!! Mina is the manager, and a Champion manager! Mina genuinely cares about her tenants and the property! An amazing women who goes an extra mile for people. You are part of the reason I will never move, plus I have thoroughly enjoyed decorating my adorable apartment. Like it's name, we are also vintage,and have liveid in too many places to remember .we an say without doubt V.S. is an easy 10 ! The manager and her staff, especially maintenance, are the most professional and competent team we have experienced. Big thank you to Mina who made the application process so easy, she took a lot of time to make sure everything was in order and all our questions were answered! She’s definitely got her hands full with running the place but she still makes time to organize the lovely holiday parties and she had the best singer come. It’s a really nice community and there are fun activities and events. Also Vintage Shores is very well maintained. The buildings are clean and freshly painted, and the staff is so helpful, friendly and kind! It’s rare to find a place that takes such good care of the property and tenants. Hats off to the staff they really have the biggest hearts, my mom couldn’t be happier here! Thanks guys!
