A wonderful Assisted & Memory Care and soon to be Independent living as well. Wonderful and friendly staff. They are going through a full renovation and views for miles. They are even putting in a full bar with an ocean view. The best part is they are pet friendly.

I recently visited San Clemente Villas by the Sea. I was greeted by Marketing Director. Esmeralda Arellano. My experience was fantastic and very pleasant Esmeralda was very professional and showed me the surroundings off this magnificent place she also took her time to answer all my questions. She definitely makes you feel special.

Big shout out to the entire San Clemente Villas team! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with warmth and see residents who are truly happy and engaged. Austin brings incredible energy to the PT and Fitness Center, making exercise fun and motivating. Tara and Tee provide care with so much heart, and you can see the trust and joy they inspire. Scott keeps the calendar full of events and activities that bring the community together. From top to bottom, this is a place filled with kindness, connection, and a genuine sense of home.

The San Clemente Villas is far more than a residence for our aging family members. It's a community of care takers, friends, laughter, creativity, nurturing, and compassion. My mom has lived in the Villas for nearly 2 years and the quality of her life has genuinely improved. The team of professionals love well, show up unconditionally, and are in tune with their residence. I give high praise to the Executive Director, Fred Paoli, and the Director of Health Services, Tee Roberts. Along so many more gifted and kind team members. Each one greets the residences by name and spends the extra time to learn all their unique needs. I'm equally impressed with their communication and resourcefulness. Highly recommend.
