Wow, I am just so impressed with San Clemente villas and their warm, friendly, cheerful staff! Michelle Sucillon , Director of business development, is so professional, kind, and thoughtful! I took a tour with her to learn about it as a potential place I can refer clients and friends, and I’ve also attended several events there. The residents always seem happy and there is such a great energy there. The decor is gorgeous and updated. The fresh flowers in the lobby always surprise and to like me too. The apartments are beautiful and brand new and I highly recommend you consider it if you are looking for an independent or assisted living option for yourself or your loved ones.

Moms New Home I want to be honest with you, searching for the perfect memory care facility for my Mother was anything but simple or easy. nothing is as perfect for a family members care especially ones Mother as living at home with loving family members. That said everything about San Clemente Villas made it possible for us to feel good about this decision for Mom. After touring every memory care community in San Clemente, we chose San Clemente Villas, and it was immediately clear this facility was different. From the first visit, the experience stood out. Esmeralda provided a thorough, compassionate tour and clearly explained the community, services, and staff. That first interaction set the tone and ultimately confirmed this was the right place. What truly distinguishes San Clemente Villas: • Small, dedicated memory care community with approximately 20–25 residents, allowing for more personalized, attentive care. My Mom also loves their weekly outings to the nearby coastal areas and the holiday/birthday celebrations. • Bi-lingual - spanish speaking caregivers on staff, which was essential for my Mom who reverted back to only speaking spanish as her condition progressed. • Accessible and responsive management that is easy to communicate with and consistently accommodating of individual needs. • Convenient location, close to the freeway and nearby medical and support services. • On-site medical care, including weekly visits from Dr. Haga and his excellent staff. • Outstanding leadership—Tara, the manager, sets a compassionate, family-centered tone that carries through the entire staff. She knows residents personally and creates a genuine sense of community. • High-quality, well-prepared meals with excellent variety, thoughtfully planned by an excellent chef to meet residents’ needs and preferences. We have to be careful with Mom as she loves their desserts especially the cake. • Recently renovated facility that is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Having personally visited every local option—multiple times, on different days and shifts—this community stood apart in staffing, atmosphere, and overall quality of care. Working in memory care is demanding, and here it’s clear the staff is supported, engaged, and genuinely invested in the residents. If you are searching for a thoughtfully run, well-staffed, and compassionate memory care community, San Clemente Villas is absolutely worth serious consideration. I recently attended the soft opening of San Clemente Villas and was extremely impressed. The facility is in the midst of a major remodel and already feels thoughtfully designed and welcoming. One highlight is the beautiful sky lounge, which offers stunning ocean views and creates a peaceful, elevated space for residents and visitors alike. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was an unexpected conversation with a gentleman I met in the elevator on my way to the lounge. His wife is a resident in memory care, and he spoke so sincerely about the quality of care she receives. He described the staff and community as a supportive, extended family that treats his wife with compassion and dignity. Hearing his heartfelt testimonial was incredibly moving and reinforced my positive impression of San Clemente Villas. It’s clear this is a place where residents are genuinely cared for, not just housed.
