Salterra at Pinellas Park

This facility is one of the best in Pinellas! The memory care director Dean, is absolutely amazing, caring and compassionate, all the staff is wonderful. I would recommend to my own family and friends. Thank you all for all you do!

From the very first meeting, Eric showed compassion, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of our situation. Finding the right assisted living option for our loved one was overwhelming, but Eric made the process not only manageable but comforting. He took the time to listen to our concerns, answered every question (no matter how small), and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. What truly stood out was how personally invested Eric was in making sure our loved one would feel safe, respected, and at home. He coordinated tours, helped us navigate the paperwork, and stayed in constant communication. It didn’t feel like working with a salesperson; it felt like working with a trusted advisor and advocate. Eric, at Volante of Pinellas Park took the time to give us a phenomenal tour of the building. While we were walking, he personally introduced us to many of the staff, including housekeepers, maintenance, caregivers, nurses and activity directors. He knew them each by name and remembered all of our names as well. You can tell he takes his job seriously and cares for what he does. The building was clean and well kept. The residents were just finishing lunch and everything seemed to be running so smoothly! The building was also decorated for Christmas so beautifully. I would definitely recommend this facility (and Eric) to everyone!

Visited a friend that is in the memory ward and surprised how active the staff interact with the residents there. Place is very clean and well organized, staff really friendly. Under new management (Baymeadws???? Something) and are adding on with property next to them.
