⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The activities are truly the highlight of this community, and that is entirely thanks to Activities Director Amanda. Her creativity, energy, and genuine care shine through in every program. The activities are engaging, meaningful, and give residents something to look forward to every day. It’s clear how much thought she puts into making sure everyone feels included and fulfilled. This community is incredibly fortunate to have Amanda and such an exceptional activities program.

Our father lived at Salterra for about two years. We can’t say enough about the attention he received there from the entire staff community; exec director, associated medical & wellness team, med techs, PT/OT therapists, housekeeping, maintenance, front office and dining staff. It’s a lovely location, very nice surroundings. Clean and well kept accommodations with a very good dining chef and staff. Under new ownership and new Director Dalton Hull, it’s definitely worth your time to visit and explore your options for your loved ones.

Ok, I don’t live at Grand Villa, however I am so happy my mom does. When I learned mom wasn’t able to return to her home to live alone I was left with looking for a place for her to live, with help for her care. I toured a few places, but Grand Villa of Largo just stuck out. It felt cozy, homey, and a place I found I may be happy with if I had to live there. So…I brought mom to check it out. She approved, so she moved in this past November, 2021. From the first day the staff was so friendly and their was entertainment of a gentleman singer who was very talented. Residents were engaging and dancing. Mom seemed interested. As time has gone on she tells me of the good meals and the visits from various entertainers and the puppy visits, as she loves animals. She has actually become quite the entertainer herself, at Grand Villa, being a past music teacher, organist, choir director… well all things music. She loves to play piano for all of the residents. I feel it gives her purpose, and, well, they seem to very much enjoy it, too. She had made wonderful friends and the staff has been so amazing. I love visiting her and sharing time with her there. I would so recommend Grand Villa for their elder loved ones.

Salterra of Largo is a very nice place. My mother in law loves it there and all the people are very nice and the staff is always very pleasant. I always love going over to visit. The one complaint that I have is that the vinyl siding on the side of the building facing Starkey Road is hanging off the side and looks really terrible. It’s such a beautiful place, but that is really an eyesore. Someone really needs to get that fixed. It’s been that way too long. I’d like to add something to this review. I cannot believe that you had Butch Stanley removed from your facility. Butch was such a good guy helping a lot of the residents, which I am sure they would tell you. He was such a tremendous help with my mother-in-law. I was able to go on vacation for three weeks, in which time, he checked on her and made sure she was taking her meds. I couldn’t count on anyone else there to do that for me except maybe Hayat, but she’s busy and not there every day. My mind was at ease while I was gone. He also helped fix things around there that your maintenance dept failed to do. For instance, it took almost one year to get my mother in law’s sink fixed from leaking. That was absolutely ridiculous! You lost a good and helpful guy when you let Butch go, plus he has been through so much that you don’t even know. Very sad.
