This place has been heaven sent from the beginning process and so on. Allison has out done herself by showing us that anything is possible and also reminding us every step of that everything will be fine. This place is amazing . Everyone in the office welcome you in with a smile. Lately that’s been hard to find. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you lady’s so much

I gotta say, Imperial Palms Apartments.....you have majorly outdone yourselves! Alison, Shannon, Nikki you all are absolutely incredible and have been a blessing! Been going through one of the scariest moments in my life and you all have been beyond helpful and extremely understanding and have been helpful in unimaginable ways. Couldn't be more thankful for you all. From the tour to the applications and phone calls and just talking in the office with you all, it has all been simple and easy to understand again thank you all for your time, patience, and understanding through these times. These ladies are a true BLESSING.

Quiet, clean and beautiful apartments and amenities! I love strolling through the Butterfly Garden and swimming in their pools. We are especially thankful for Shannon seeing us through our 1.5 years here. Candice was super helpful moving from one apartment to another and James and team take care of any repairs in the apartment! These apartments are like a fortress through the storms, too! We have been so blessed to find Imperial Palms.

The apartments at Imperial and Silver Palms are DEFINITELY NOT worth the amount of rent their asking for them!!! They have small balconies, but all the views are of the other buildings 😡 Last but not least, I looked at 3 apartments ALL of which are on the 2nd floor and let me tell you, the stairs are almost straight up and down!!! I feel bad for the people already living there...it's truly sad😢😡
