Quiet, clean and beautiful apartments and amenities! I love strolling through the Butterfly Garden and swimming in their pools. We are especially thankful for Shannon seeing us through our 1.5 years here. Candice was super helpful moving from one apartment to another and James and team take care of any repairs in the apartment! These apartments are like a fortress through the storms, too! We have been so blessed to find Imperial Palms.

Imperial Palms is a great 55+ community in the heart of Pinellas! My mom and I are moving back to FL from NJ after being gone for over 10 years, and my mom’s first choice was to move back to Imperial Palms where she was comfortable and happy. The staff is so lovely and so helpful. Shannon was on the phone with me for over 30 min trying to find the perfect apartment for her, and even went out of her way to send me pictures so we had an idea of what the apartment surroundings would be like since we were states away. She is very responsive with emails and gives great knowledgeable info. I can see why she has worked there for over 16 years!! Also, Allison has been helpful and spent her time giving us info. We are very excited for our move back to FL and I hope everyone else is very happy living here!

From the moment we walked into the leasing office, we were met with professionalism, warmth, and an enthusiasm that made the entire process truly enjoyable. Craig was absolutely amazing throughout the leasing experience. His knowledge of the property, willingness to answer every question (big or small), and genuine commitment to making sure we felt comfortable and informed was remarkable. He truly set the standard for exceptional customer service. A huge thank you as well to Nikki, our leasing agent, who got everything rolling seamlessly. She made what can often feel like a stressful process feel smooth and even exciting. Her attention to detail and quick responses showed us how much she values new residents and their peace of mind. For anyone looking for a place that treats you with respect and truly wants to see you happy in your new home, I wholeheartedly recommend Imperial Palms. Shannon Gina’s spent 45 minutes providing insightful information about every facet of the property. She knowledgeably expounded upon the senior house cleaning, meals, and laundry services available at amazingly affordable rates. With the extensive daily senior activities and shuttle buses being among best benefits for bringing happiness and joy to residents. I cannot wait to visit my mother in her new home.
