Sage Harbors memory care section requires you to stay actively involved. You cannot assume everything will be handled. You have to be paying attention and constantly advocating for your loved one's needs. The staff generally mean well, but they're often busy or otherwise distracted. So it's important to follow up on care plans, and daily routines. With regular visits and communication, your loved one can do well here, however, it takes effort and vigilance on the family's part.

Although we did not chose Sage Harbor, Sally and the peogram team spent time, knowledge, support and care to us as we were exploring places. I think Sage Harbor is a great place and we would have been comfortable having her there and I would recommend your program to others to explore.

It was necessary for my husband to go to assisted living over a year ago. I’m glad I chose Sage Harbor. Everyone (receptionist, aids, administration, residents etc ) helped him to adjust and he is comfortable there, I dont worry about him while I travel. The room, food, care, etc are excellent. We had an incident where he was ill - I can’t say enough how caring the staff was in taking care of him. Thanks Baywinde

We couldn't be happier with Baywinde for our family member. The administration and staff are responsive and available for questions and support -- very different from the previous senior living facility we had tried. Nearly everyone who visits our family member remarks upon the friendliness, patience, and kindness of the staff. Living areas are spotlessly clean and bright, and activities are varied and fun for all (even visitors!). Most of all, it's clear that the people at Baywinde genuinely care for residents. Our family member is thriving!
