I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Legacy at Cranberry Landing (Memory Care) for the outstanding care they provide my mom! From the moment my brother and I walked through the doors, Meghan Bentley (Sales Director) and Ronnie Hurley (Sales Associate) gave us a feeling of a sense of warmth and compassion that I experience from the staff every time I visit my mom. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring that my mom is not only well cared for but she is also treated with dignity and respect. The caregivers give a personalized approach to her care and this has made a world of difference in my mom's well-being! This has made my mom's transition from living with me, to her new "apartment" that much easier. Whether it’s engaging mom in meaningful activities, ensuring her comfort, making her laugh or simply offering a kind word, the team here consistently demonstrates compassion. The facility itself is clean, safe, and feels like a second home. Mom is a picky-eater and enjoys the meals prepared for her. If she doesn't like something, the caregivers are quick to offer her something else to eat and the kitchen makes it within minutes! EveIyn Suarez (Resident Care Director) and her nursing staff are very involved with my mom's medical needs, have a good sense of urgency and communicate well. I highly recommend Cranberry Landing to anyone seeking a Memory Care facility that truly cares for its residents like family. Thank you for everything you do—your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed!

Cranberry Landing is a nice facility, sufficiently clean and comfortable. The reason for the 2 star rating is the food and staff. The company advertises fresh food prepared by chefs, multi-course meals and an ever changing menu. In 1 week’s time my mother-in-law has a hotdog, chicken nuggets, jello with canned fruit, French fries, sweet potato fries, grilled cheese, grilled tuna sandwich, tuna sandwich, a turkey wrap, fried breaded shrimp, no fresh fruit other than bananas, and only a few fresh vegetables like butternut squash and broccoli. A chicken caesar salad that looked like it had seen better days. A baked potato that looked like a dead mouse on the plate. The food does not look appetizing nor is it anything like the “gourmet” photos on the website. Portions are very small. The abundance of fried food and prepared foods as opposed to fresh food is disappointing. For $7000 a month, we expected much healthier and fresher food options to be provided. We should have asked to see an actual meal served to the residents before we moved her in. The website is for marketing purposes so remember this and ask to see specific things like meal service if you are considering placing your elder here. Some of the nurses are unkind and unfriendly. They may be qualified nurses but when dealing with elderly patience and kindness are just as important as their nursing skills. They are just dispensing meds so why is it so challenging to be nice?

if i could give 0 stars i would please don’t send your loved ones here , under bad management (rat and mouse infestation .. even in the kitchen and the food ) and they pick and choose which employees to treat well . food isn’t prepared well , definitely not worth the money . when you do the tours they just put on a little show . they do not care about your loved ones ! please save your money and time

Recently was visiting for a tour and it was delighted! Everyone I passed by was friendly and I was so happy to see how how large the apartments were. They apartments are warm and so clean! I enjoyed the nice homey touches throughout. The building is updated and feels cozy with personality sprinkled throughout. I will be recommending this to all of my clients in the future.
