New company, Willow Ridge, has bought cranberry landing and things are only going downhill since they started in mid november. Food quality has gone down, the service from caregivers has gone down, the cleanliness has gone down, and the administration only cares about one thing: MONEY! My family member is a resident there. My family has complained over and over to management with no result so maybe if the company sees this public complaint, we may see some changes. They dont give medications on time or sometimes at all, lots of medication errors all the time The food used to be great but now they have new vendors and cooks and it is just outright disgusting The new director of nursing acts like she cares then does nothing at all and only wants her friends to come work with her who by the way are terrible staff (I talk with the good staff, they let me know about her only hiring people who are her minions) They fired the case manager who had been working there before the new company took over and the new lady who the new company brought to take her place acts like shes the boss but very clearly knows nothing at all about her job or about the residents The new executive director has been pretty much silent since her arrival The new dining supervisor is a bully to his staff The sales department only cares if the resident can pay, not if they are actually able to care for the person. They are short cleaners so my family cleans up my family members apartment even though we pay over $7000 a month and cant even get regular cleanings Caregivers leave residents in their wet briefs all night to the point that bed sheets are soaked, they dont give residents showers then say the resident refused, and they are very drama filled and unprofessional, the curse while around residents, on their phones constantly, everyone wears headphones and talks on the phone while caring for residents The nurses they have there during the day the administration treat her like shes disposable even though residents and staff love her. The rest of the nurses are always agency nurses who have no idea what they are doing or nurses who could care less about these residents because they get paid good money So much change to the service and staff but no change in the very expensive rent! You do NOT get what you pay for at this establishment. Long story short, its the titanic. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IN THIS BUILDING UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DROWN WITH THE SHIP! They still have some good staff but you can tell they are pushing them out and replacing them with lazy, unwilling to help, mean people who just sit on their phones and do nothing. I pray that I can find another place for my family member FAST before it affects her more than it already has.

Terrible. My Mom has been there for over a year. Staff are usually gathered together doing nothing while I have in the past 3 weeks, cleaned up accidents in her bathroom, done her laundry myself. She is pretty much on her own. No help changing into her pajamas, etc. They moved her to memory care. All that means is she is on lock down. No extra care. Over $6000 per month.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the staff at Legacy at Cranberry Landing (Memory Care) for the outstanding care they provide my mom! From the moment my brother and I walked through the doors, Meghan Bentley (Sales Director) and Ronnie Hurley (Sales Associate) gave us a feeling of a sense of warmth and compassion that I experience from the staff every time I visit my mom. The staff goes above and beyond in ensuring that my mom is not only well cared for but she is also treated with dignity and respect. The caregivers give a personalized approach to her care and this has made a world of difference in my mom's well-being! This has made my mom's transition from living with me, to her new "apartment" that much easier. Whether it’s engaging mom in meaningful activities, ensuring her comfort, making her laugh or simply offering a kind word, the team here consistently demonstrates compassion. The facility itself is clean, safe, and feels like a second home. Mom is a picky-eater and enjoys the meals prepared for her. If she doesn't like something, the caregivers are quick to offer her something else to eat and the kitchen makes it within minutes! EveIyn Suarez (Resident Care Director) and her nursing staff are very involved with my mom's medical needs, have a good sense of urgency and communicate well. I highly recommend Cranberry Landing to anyone seeking a Memory Care facility that truly cares for its residents like family. Thank you for everything you do—your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed!

Do NOT recommend this place. Sales girl, Meghan, loud, unprofessional ,only seemed concerned with making the sale. Comes across very fake. Uninterested in answering questions. Jessica executive director, while visiting we overheard her speaking negative about others. Not “executive” material. Cold atmosphere.
