I have posted a previous review, but I can't find it so I will try again. A month ago I had to make a decision that I don't wish on anyone else - realizing that it was time to get help and put my wife of 61 years into Memory Care. I had recommendations for Spring Arbor Cottage at Salisbury, and when I checked them out, I found the people friendly and helpful and the premises clean, and very welcoming. It has now been one month, and I can say that I'm sure I made the right decision. The staff has embraced my wife and made her transition easier. I feel great comfort in knowing that they are committed to making her life as active and safe as possible. I highly recommend this facility for anyone else that finds themselves facing the same situation.

I am very happy with dad's experience at Spring Arbor. The staff really cares about their residents. They treat them with respect, call them by name, and look them in the eye when talking to them. The place and the residents were always clean, and well cared for. We visited as often as possible and were always greeted by one of the caregivers with an update on dad's status. Everyone we met - caregivers, med techs, activities coordinators, maintenance staff, administrators - they were all friendly, cheerful and caring. And they even had a support group for family
