Russellville is always clean when I visit. The residents seem happy and engaged. I recently had a meal there. The presentation was beautiful and it was truly one of the best lunches I’ve had. My husband’s Aunt lived there and I know others who have been there for years. They are happy as are their families.

This place scams the elderly. Over charges, rent increases, and charges for damages upon moving out that are a lie. A $930 charge for damages to a he fridge. Seriously?! The fridge isn’t even worth that much. A total of $1500 in damages. I helped clean the place moving my parents out. Much cleaner than when they moved in. Do not live here. Now I have to hire a lawyer.

Unprofessional after life service. My mother passed a month ago, still no refund on her rent. I tried calling several times, left a voice mail and my calls were not returned. Be aware, their customer service is virtually non-existent. If I could I would give them no stars. Jim Valentino

Horrible scammers! The business model is to fill appartments at the highest rate possible and hire people with no other options then the lowest pay possible. They dont care if workers or residents stay because the management team is focused on fill the empty space asap. This creates a rotating door effect so dont expect for your loved one to stay here long. Everything looks cheerful here when you do a tour but on the back end it's run by greedy sleazeballs, who come to work high and put all the issues on the under paid ex-cons and teenagers who do everything to make the place run. You may think your loved one is getting exercise, socialization, and a fine dinning experience from a professional chef but it's all an act! The restaurants rarely have enough staff to run so they make the seniors stand in line at the "buffet style". They have a bar but no license to sell liquor and I have personally witnessed management allowing residents and families to, "have as much wine as they want, as long as they are paying"-Tom, activity director. The service staff often left things like salad dressing and soups out overnight to serve the next day. They have so many open rooms but constantly move the residents from apartment to apartment so they can charge more and more. Oh and the laundry and "free soft serve!" Are broken 75% of the time. I could go on. Don't rent from them, don't work for them.
