My elderly father in law requires an incredible amount of patience and care but has settled in nicely here. The staff is communicative and kept us informed, which we appreciate and value. The Executive Director, Hope has gone above and beyond helping us navigate complex and difficult situations in dealing with a moderate dementia diagnosis. The apartments are top notch. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and ensures needs are met. I encourage anyone looking for a solid, compassionate and attentive facility to take a hard look at Rock Ridge for your loved one.

I recently visited a family friend at this facility, and I was blown away. Firstly, the grounds were beautifully kept, which made the visit very welcoming. The inside of the facility was well-appointed, clean and exuded an atmosphere that was comfortable. Hope, the resident director, was energetic, professional, and very helpful. I would highly recommend Rockridge to any of my family or friends.

We moved our Mom into Rock Ridge Assisted Living in Rockwall a week ago. She had been in a rehab hospital for three months, and it had been an up and down experience. We looked around for assisted living facilities while she was in the rehab hospital, and, as a family, we all agreed that Rock Ridge was where we wanted her to go. After the first week, I could not be happier with our decision. Everyone we have met so far has been so hospitable and so caring with our Mom. The facilities at Rock Ridge are so nice, and so far the care has been exceptional. Mom is still in an adjustment phase, but I am confident that she will come love calling Rock Ridge home.
