My mom began living alone for the first time ever at the age of 84 when she moved into assisted living at Rittenhouse. The staff at Rittenhouse made what would be a difficult transition for anyone, the best experience possible. My mom transitioned well and now takes part in numerous daily activities and looks forward to their various outings. The other residents I’ve met are always pleasant and cheerful and it truly feels like a family. I have interacted with many staff members as well from sales, administration, the front desk, nursing, aides, house keeping, activities, maintenance, and dining and everyone is always caring and compassionate. The staff has also been very consistent with very little turnover which has really helped to make my mom feel comfortable. I can only imagine how their jobs can be both challenging and rewarding at the same time, but above all it is clear that the health and happiness of the Rittenhouse residents is always their number one priority. My mom has found a second family at Rittenhouse and for that I am grateful.

This is my favorite place to work!! Everyone is so helpful. The residents love our team. We laugh and have fun every shift. The food is delicious!! We have great cooks here. The communication from maintenance all the way to the Nurse Practitioners is open, honest and transparent. If my parents were still alive, they would be here. No doubt!
