Ridgmar Place

As USUAL the Special event today was AWESOME!! It was the fall festival with hamburgers, Hotdogs, games, prizes candied apples, popcorn balls, great Music, a Ferris Wheel!!!!!! And lots of Fun!! They ALWAYS make each event special and all there enjoyed it immensely!! BRAVo again to all the staff that worked it and made it special for the residents and families!

Elevator D is broken AGAIN. And it's been broken for weeks. And so the elderly residents are supposed to run down the stairs to dinner? Don't pretend accessibility and safety are important, because if they were - you would fix the elevator. I don't want to talk to your leadership team to hear excuses -- just fix the elevator.. PS - Have you fixed the broken elevator yet?

My mother has found not just a retirement center, but a genuine community that feels like home at Ridgmar Place. The exceptional staff, especially Rachel Williams, the Resident Services Director, takes time to know each resident personally, creating an environment where everyone feels valued as an individual. The staff's dedication shows in their everyday interactions—they truly care about residents' wellbeing in countless meaningful ways. I recently attended a "Senior Prom" with my mother and was moved watching residents dance and enjoy the evening, momentarily transformed into their younger selves. After moving my mother three times, I feel tremendous relief knowing she's settled at Ridgmar Place. The facilities are consistently well-maintained, with clean living spaces, beautiful grounds, and food that's actually enjoyable (I've eaten there myself!). But the real magic of Ridgmar Place is the warm community atmosphere where seniors can enjoy their retirement years with dignity and joy. For anyone seeking a retirement center that combines professional care with a family-like atmosphere, I can't recommend Ridgmar Place enough. The peace of mind knowing my mom is surrounded by such genuine care is absolutely priceless.

I had a wonderful time talking to some residents today at Ridgmar place. They shared such beautiful advice and moments from their lives. Ariana hosted and she was truly a gracious host. She made sure everything was comfortable and connected. I couldn’t have asked for a better welcome or environment to just learn and listen to what was shared today. I’m so glad an environment like Ridgmar place exists.
