The all-new Ridgefield Station offers local seniors service-enriched Independent and Assisted Living and a residential Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® featuring innovative, evidence-based programming for those with memory loss. This senior community, operated by Senior Living Residences, features 86 apartments. Located in the stunning foothills of the Berkshires on the Connecticut / New York border, residents have easy access to the area’s shopping, dining and cultural attractions, as well as local medical facilities. Ridgefield Station residents enjoy an enriching, supportive lifestyle with gracious accommodations, personalized services, and many amenities.
At Ridgefield Station, we know families are looking for a variety of living options, and residents shouldn’t have to move just when they need more care. Assisted living residents can stay in spacious and modern studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom apartments, while those living in our secure, therapeutic Compass Memory Support Neighborhood® can choose from private or shared apartments. Residents also enjoy restaurant-quality meals, featuring dishes from our award-winning Brain Healthy Cooking program. Based on the Mediterranean diet, our brain healthy meal options support whole body health with fresh, seasonal ingredients like fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices.
Ridgefield Station is proud to have received the Purple Flag for Dementia Accreditation™️, which recognizes those providers who have demonstrated adherence to 60 practice recommendations across 10 content areas identified as essential and valuable for individuals living with dementia.

5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Place Both of our parents are residents at Ridgefield Station, and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions our family has made. From the very beginning, the staff welcomed them with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. It’s clear that this isn’t just a job for the team here—they truly care about every resident like family. The environment is not only clean, safe, and well-maintained, but also filled with a sense of community and joy. The staff are attentive and responsive, always taking the time to communicate clearly with our family. Any concerns are addressed immediately and with compassion. Every time I visit, I’m reassured that our parents are in a place where they are safe, valued, and happy. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team at Ridgefield Station for the incredible work they do each and every day. They have given our family the greatest gift: peace of mind and a vibrant, supportive home for our parents.

In my job as a Real Estate Broker, I met a 94 year old who had no family and no one to care for him. I volunteered to assist this client in researching and finding an appropriate Senior Living option for his next home. We researched dozens of options in New York and Connecticut and was so impressed with the staff, programming, facilities & dining options with Ridgefield Station. We hit a home run here! The facility and people are even nicer and more professional than we ever thought possible. What was more amazing is the facility was in between Executive Directors and most of our interactions was with a Regional Director, Josh Karim. He is amazing! He treated us like family and went above and beyond in providing superior customer service as we researched his facility and went through the process to register and move in! We never feel like this is a business but rather feel we are in a loving and caring home. I’d give the facility 10 Stars if that was the scale!

As a caregiving agency, we love partnering with Ridgefield Station. The staff and leaders are genuinely happy to be there and have strong relationships with residents. The community is always vibrant, with activities from happy hours to engaging social events. Residents clearly feel at home and supported to age in place, while staff consistently advocate for their well-being and safety. Having seen many communities in Fairfield County, Ridgefield Station is truly at the top of my list.

My mom is SO happy! This is truly an amazing place. Staff is friendly and helpful, the food is great and the activities are outstanding. I would recommend Ridgefield Station without qualification!
