My father-in-law was a resident here for 2 1/2 years and resided in both independent and assisted living during that time. There are some very good, hardworking employees, but overall things seem to be going downhill very quickly under the new management company. The food is okay, but the waits are very long and there seems to always be a staff shortage and employee turnover is very high. By far the most serious issue is lack of communication from those in managerial roles within the facility. They do not return phone calls and do not keep family members informed when a hospital transfer occurs (at least in our case). Before writing this review I did read most of the other reviews because I was surprised to see this facility so highly rated. Unfortunately, most of the reviews are from people who live out of state and I question whether these individuals actually reside at Revelle or have relatives who reside there. Overall, the facility is beautiful but there are many issues behind the scene that need immediate attention for the health and welfare of the residents and the peace of mind of those residents family members. Our time at Revelle of Bucks County has now ended but I would urge people to look elsewhere given the current managerial issues plaguing this facility.

My father moved into Heartis Bucks county on November 15, 2021. He was a “Founding Member” when he moved into his independent living apartment. He enjoyed his time there but needed some more care and moved over to the Assisted Living side in 2022. The transition was pretty seamless and he settled into his new apartment. Fast forward to September, 2024, we needed to put Dad on hospice. I worked with Cassie, the resident care nurse and things moved easily. The staff took care of both of us while dad was going through hospice. Everyone from the dining room, Debbie and Chef Thomas, to the care staff, Emya, Cassie, Carol, Beatrice, Kim, AJ and many more took great care of dad morning and night. I was very grateful to have the staff by my side as my dad passed away. Everyone went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of and I will always be grateful . Thank you to Gail Peay, Chef Thomas, Debbie, Cassie, etc for the exceptional care we were given!

Highly recommend. Never worry about mom. Activities. Food and care are top notch! Just met the new director snd the new nurse and was very impressed. They even called to introduce themselves prior to their formal introduction. Mom has been there going on 2 years, and it keeps getting better. 5stars all the way!

new management cutting costs employees leaving only one hour for meals People lft in wheel chairs on their own in the halls can't get to stors for meds can't get to doctors!! People leaving
