A week ago we moved into Maravilla and we could have not chosen a more wonderful place. Beginning with our initial visit to look around the sales and executive staff were most kind and helpful in assisting us in making our decision to move. Maravilla is beautiful, the residents are warm, welcoming and friendly. We get stopped in the hall or dining room daily and asked, "are you new?" They welcome us and say let's have dinner as soon as you get settled. It has only been a week since moving in day and we feel at home. The staff is always ready to assist us in whatever our needs might be, whether it be connecting internet and TVs, hanging pictures, or answering our multitude of questions. Hats off to the chef and dining room staff. The menu is varied, the food is delicious and special requests are welcomed. We just couldn't be happier and want to express our thanks to the entire staff and residents for their assistance in making this transition. Because we have been so busy unpacking and getting settled we have not taken part in the various activities that are available, but we will. We look forward to many wonderful years in our new home at Maravilla.

Wonderful community in the heart of Scottsdale. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was fantastic leading to an overall great experience. If you or your loved ones are looking for a place that has a sense of community, independent or assisted living and memory care, check out Maravilla.

We really were impressed with your facility. Tracy was a perfect hostess and gave us lots of information. We will be in touch with Tracy again, as now we'd like to see the Residences, which we didn't have time to do when we were there. We WILL be back!
