The ZEST team at Maravilla (led by Sharon Rose) is wonderful. They work with residents (I am one) to plan and implement activities and events. Almost any kind of event or party, they take care of the details and make it happen. We so appreciate them helping us have an active and rewarding social life.

I took the tour of Maravilla on Saturday.with Adam. He was very nice,extremely well versed in his job.. I got on the wait list and am anxious to be living there. The complex is beautiful and has everything one could want.

Excellent grounds and landscaping, beautiful and large common areas, indoor pool and spa, food and dining, and nice efficient room plans. This buy-in property requires surrendering a large amount of one's assets, and we observed about noon that few residents used the many amenities offered at Maravilla.

The team at Maravilla is amazing. Our loved one spent her final three years in their Assisted Living and Enliven (their memory care) programs. She thrived during those years. The staff created a loving and warm home for our loved one. We (the family) were blown away about how passionate each team member cares about helping the resident have a quality life experience. The team care for each other and for those who live there. They even cared for the well-being of family members and other caregivers. On a scale of 1-to-5 we give them a 5+!!! Thank you Maravilla for creating a community of love and care!
