A member of our family is a resident there. She is very happy to have friendly people around. She likes the activities. Her apartment is new and spacious for a one bedroom. The public area is very pleasant, and the food is always good. A nice idea is the different portion sizes based on your appetite.

My husband and I spent a staycation at Revel McDowell recently and we felt so welcome. The service is top notch and the food was superb. We toured the interior and casitas, everything is well thought out. I love that there is a hiking trail near the property too. All in all it is a beautiful place. Thank you Dan and Jay for making us feel so special.

When we decided to look at Independent Senior Living facilities, Revel McDowell Mt. was on our list. After we had our appointment here, there was no reason to see any others - our choice was made! We felt comfortable from the moment we entered the lobby. The staff was amazing - answered all our many questions and made us feel comfortable. The residents were so welcoming - everyone had a smile and a "welcome" for us. We took advantage of the offered "staycation" to get an overnight feel for the facility and that just cemented our decision. Revel has many options for housing, but we chose the "Cottage", a cluster of ground level attached units on the perimeter of the campus, because it offered a little more outdoor space and a one car garage. We've been here just about a month now and we really feel at home. There are so many fun activities and the food is absolutely fantastic! We highly recommend Revel at McDowell Mt.

I’ve been here a month, & these are my comments so far. What stands out is the staff, from the front desk, sales & business office, to maintenance to dining: Friendly, responsive and on the ball. I’ve had less contact so far with the activities staff because I’m kind of a hermit, but they seem the same. Staff & other residents make you feel welcomed and comfortable here. The food is tasty. That’s a short sentence, but anyone with experience in different kinds of independent- or senior-living communities knows this is huge. More amenities to explore, but these are my first impressions.
