I toured this community, and it is beautiful. It is inviting and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is so welcoming, the property manager was available to answer questions, and the sales staff was very knowledgeable. There are many shopping and dining options in the area.

This truly an upscale 55+ active community complex in the Woodlands, TX. My move from Watermere (adjacent property/same complex) was very smooth. Some construction work remains in the remaining phase of the building, but it is very quiet and peaceful environment. Sheila, Jenna and Lezlie are terrific team members and make sure this startup community runs smoothly. Definitely recommend and worth checking out.

Very nice building. Something to do on every floor. They have work out room that I can actually stretch out in. Roof top lounge 😁 with a view. The apartment I looked at and hope rent is a 1 and study. Plenty of room and lots of light. Beautiful. Haley was sweet and very thorough. Thank you.

For the most part The Reserve is a great place to live. There are many wonderful people living here. Staff is attentive. Pool is clean. Carpets in the hallways need to be shampooed, but are kept vacuumed. Fun activities for those interested. It is a quiet apartment building.
