This senior living community offers a lake with a paved walking trail, a playground, a dog park, a pool, and a gym. There are so many options here you would never have to leave!!! This MEGA SENIOR 👌 CAMPUS offers active living, independent living, assisted living and memory care. Having all care options in one setting can help anyone AGE IN PLACE!

I recently visited the Lakes at Woodhaven 55+ Community, and I was so impressed! The pricing is affordable and apartments are spacious, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort and convenience in mind you can tell. The entire community has such a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel right at home. One of the things that stood out most was how much thought has gone into creating a lifestyle, not just a place to live. The grounds are lovely, the common areas are inviting, and there’s a strong sense of community among the residents. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and convenience while still keeping your independence. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which makes such a difference. You can tell they truly take pride in the community and the people who live there. If you’re looking for a beautiful 55+ apartment community with plenty of space, fair pricing, a warm environment, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would absolutely recommend The Lakes at Woodhaven!

Sarah and Kim are absolutely wonderful to work with at The Lakes at Woodhaven Village! They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the community and truly care about their residents. I also have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany, who is so creative with all of the activities she puts together for the residents. The building itself is stunning and modernized, featuring a golf simulator, an amazing pool, and a theater, just to name a few highlights. It is the perfect place for those who want that warm community feel without the hassle of HOA fees. I would highly recommend The Lakes at Woodhaven Village, and if you get the chance to work with Sarah, Kim, and Tiffany, you are in great hands!

I moved in the property when it was only 8 months old I've been living on the property one year and 6 months I have enjoyed living here it has been through some changes but it's a very good property the only complaints is it needs better maintenance for the pool and more care for the exterior spray wash. The apartments are roomy and living here is like a family and not just neighbors. Stop by visit us we are a great community.
