I visited for 2 hours today. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. I love the newer check in system. Decor of my friends room and residence in general seems comfortable. TBH i thought the lunch food at Regency would be a bit better and more artfully presented. I spent May 28, 29 and 30 at your neighbor, St. Vincent Hospital, and was amazed at the wonderful food. I would rate their dinners, salads and sandwiches a 10/10. Breakfast maybe a 7. Pretty amazing because the cafeteria fare is just so so. But you do have a very nice facility. I look forward to visiting again.

My mother was a resident of memory care and was treated kindly and compassionately by all of the patient, hardworking care staff. Moving our mother into memory was an emotionally challenging event for mom and family alike,, but the staff at Regency Park, including the marketing team, maintenance staff, front door attendants, memory nursing leadership and memory head administrators collectively worked to support us throughout the process. Thank you to all for your kindness.

I moved my artist friend, Eunice Parsons, to Regency Park Assisted Living in 2022 at the age of 105. She hated the idea of assisted living, having lived in her own home until she was 103. I was extremely pleased when told her room was her apartment and I could decorate it as I liked. I hung her artwork and brought in her furniture. The third day there she told me she liked the food! (I was shocked, she always cooked and was very particular.) She came to love the care staff. They loved her and enjoyed her stories. Eunice, who had grown up poor and had supported herself while living below the poverty line most of her life, told me she felt like she was living at the Ritz. She became fully bedridden the last year of her life and the folks at RP and Brighton Hospice took excellent care of her: no bedsores, always clean, and several of the care givers became her friends. I was incredibly pleased with their care and would highly recommend them.
