6 months in and I am having the best time at Regency Oaks! It’s a truly wonderful place to live! The staff are so amazing. The food is fantastic and there is so much going on here! My two Frenchies get so much attention so they are very happy also! The activities here keep me busy everyday and I’m socializing more now than I’ve done since my husband passed away 5 years ago. Growing older is going to be fun now! Bring it on! Jill Young

It's a beautiful, clean, safe place. My parents are very happy in the Independent Living. His brother is in the Assisted Living. They have lived there several years. All their needs are met.

My wife and I moved into Regency Oaks just 2 1/2 months ago. We could not have made a better choice and find ourselves extremely happy. My wife is most delighted that she is finally retired from cooking and cleaning. Regency Oaks has a beautiful campus with beautiful trees, flowers and immaculately kept grounds. As for myself, I love the food. It’s delicious., I love the fact that my wife is so happy. We laugh and play and dance pretty much every day. There’s always something going on here. Regency Oaks staff is friendly, efficient and helpful in every way, as well as so very welcoming. My only regret is that I didn’t move here sooner. If you’re considering Regency Oaks , think no more , just do it. !!!

If you are searching for a parent, read this review. My mother has lived here for almost two years. I can't tell you how happy it makes me feel knowing she is in a clean and wonderful campus environment. I lived in Tampa when I found it for her, but I work now out of state. Key points to share: The food is fantastic, EXCELLENT. Believe me, I did the legwork! I ate at three other very nice retirement communities in the Tampa area and Regency Oaks blows them away. The chef is amazing. What variety. They have two dinning rooms and a separate restaurant/pub. There is a hair salon, gorgeous gym, pool, church services, maid service and several events (speakers, music, lectures) throughout the week and some on the weekend which is great for people without family in the area. They have a car service to help my mother get to appointments, now that I am out of state. They also have weekly trips on their shuttle bus to Walmart, Publix Grocery, etc. Every resident has to "check in" by pushing a button in their bathroom. If they don't by 10 a.m., someone is sent up for a welfare check. My mother was able to take out the carpeting and choose flooring for her place. We chose samples right there, by the way. If you want, you can make other changes to the bathrooms, kitchens etc., but her place was already very nice. Her place feels like an upscale condo. Her lanai is huge. HURRICANES: As a former employee of a state emergency management office, they handle this so well. They have all their staff stay over and I never have to worry about safety protocols. Here's an idea of how much mom loves this place: she's never around when I call because she's always out and about on campus!
