I know that no caregiving place is ever going to be perfect for everyone, but this place does an incredible job. The staff are alm attentive, friendly, and deeply care about the residents. The facility is clean. The food arrives on time and my mother was happy with the quality. I am very happy with the safety and care that she is receiving.

The staff are responsive and kind to my Down Syndrome aunt who has been there since January. When we have a concern, they take it seriously and address any issue with immediacy. She is clean and well taken care of. We took her out of a place that was neglectful and in some instances abusive and were so THANKFUL when an opening came up at Westchester Gardens! Wonderful staff, and administration!

I am a Caregiver and not someone visiting family. I've only been here about 3 times so I really can't form an opinion so quickly. Westchester Gardens Health and Rehab appears to be a nice rehab. I know the CNA's, Nurses, Speech Therapists, Doctors etc. all seem to be very nice and caring and helpful.

I've been here for over 2 years and my experience has been amazing. I'm thankful for the maintenance team and the office staff. Specially Carina, she is so patient with me and my sister attending all of our needs 💕
