Moved my dad in here over the weekend into one of the grant apartments. Don't let it being a grant aparnent fool you- it is very nice. You can tell they take care of the place and use quality materials. His apartment has great afternoon sun and he is a short walk to the main building as we as the gazebo overlooking the lake. I am going to see if I can tour the rest of the property before leaving town, but it really is nice so far. He has underground parking with a 5x7 storage, good closet space, a washer and dryer in unit, and they are pet friendly for senior living (not assisted living unfortunatly). We spoke with the leasing agent Susan who helped tremendously, but she appears to have left the company. Joy however was very helpful in setting up to get the keys. Anyway, I'll update my review after a few months, but really satisfied so far.
