Regency Court Apartments

This place is really not a safe environment for the seniors. Management rents to a lot of riff-raff, the "security" gate had been broken for many weeks, and the staircases are another safety issue as well. Many are wobbly, with nails sticking out of the floorboards. Management had been informed, but no follow-up has been addressed. There has been additional issues with the water, where the tenants had not been notified with water being shut off. And most notably, the previous maintenance personnel had taken money from the apartments. He had let himself into the tenant's places using his "security" key.

I found this lovely place for my mother after we searched all over Monrovia and Arcadia. It has always been pristine in regards to the pool, laundry room, and the grounds since she arrived one year ago. Whenever there is a repair that has been needed they responded right away. Even when a mover made a dent on the wall, they just patched up and painted it in the perfect color and didn't say a thing! It is securely hidden between residential homes and has security gates and entrances. They cater to the residents as well with an activity center etc. I think it is great value.

I was very lucky to have my name come up on the list after only 8 months! I've been here 2 years now and I love it! Fresh, clean, stylish, and always well-maintained by friendly, helpful staff. It's like heaven!

Very nice senior living. Quite spacious. New rental manager and she is quite friendly and helpful. Apartments were all occupied. Nice pool and community room with a hot tub and laundry rooms.
