At Reflections, we take a person-centered approach to caring for our residents with dementia. Focusing on their daily comfort and anticipating their needs rather than responding to them ensures that our residents experience a high quality of life in a safe and supportive environment. Our dedicated staff are trained professionals who understand dementia and the complexities of memory care.
Reflections Memory Care is a secure building located within the same gated community as Fellowship Square Phoenix. To ensure the safety of our residents and address wandering behaviors, a code is required to access the building. We provide private studios and companion suite options to create a personalized living experience tailored to your loved one's needs.
At Reflections, safety and dignity go hand in hand. As a Helpany Certified Community, we use an advanced AI-powered fall prevention system, nicknamed "Paul," to help protect residents with memory loss. Paul continuously monitors movement, sleep patterns, and gait to identify subtle changes that may signal an increased risk of falls or a change in condition.
We are a nonprofit organization, classified as 501(c)(3), part of the Christian Care family of communities.
