This is my first time visiting Holiday Rancho Village. It is a well maintained place. The staff are friendly and the presentation was very informative. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the amenities they offer. My friend is looking for a retirement place. Our sales manager, Diane Davis, was patient with all of our questions and answered everything in detail. She made us feel like we're home. We also had lunch, which was tasty, and the service was fantastic. It seems everyone who works for this great organization enjoys working and helping the residents.

The transition for my Mom into the Palmdale location was very easy and informative due to Diane’s patient, kind, and helpful manner with all of our questions. All of the staff is very helpful, kind and friendly! The on site caregivers are super nice and very attentive always there to help at all hours. Her room is cleaned regularly and meals are included and good! The whole place is clean and beautiful. There are plenty of fun and entertaining activities for her ! Overall it’s been a great experience!!

I I love living it on holiday ranch village I have been about 7-8 months and it's got a very light airy joyful vacation feel to it everybody's very very friendly the staff is very courteous and the residents you could answer a nicer bunch of people. This place is so awesome they have on-site caregivers for different medical needs or anything really. They have they're called care Rite. Care right is an extremely organized or oriented caregiving institution on the premises of holiday Rancho Village. They literally dropped everything to cater to you which just blew my mind they're very cordial very polite and I love being called Miss Miss Denise cuz I don't think I've ever been called a mess maybe a long time ago but not recently. So it's been a pleasure being here there's a very sunny place and it really does feel like the only thing missing is the ocean but I told you they're working on it . Lol

My mother lives here ! We ( her grown children ) love it . Safe. Secure, clean welcoming home environment for her . The staff here are wonderful, kind and truly caring .. We looked at 5 other facilities. This is the best one .. by far … nothing bad about tie others . This one just really rises above ! Stands out as the best in their league. I’ll save you time and money .. just book here and be content for the rest of your life!
