With out question, the overall operation and management of the facility exceeds my expectations. without exception the management and staff are friendly and considerate and will go out of there way to be helpful. I consider the food good and the menu varied enough to suite most everyone's tats buds. There are a host of activities for guest to enjoy if they choose, including various card games, bingo, educational programs and wine apparition.

My 96 year old mother has been at Rancho Village in Palmdale, Ca for 5 years now . She is almost blind due to macular degeneration and so there have been some ups and downs as expected. Recently due to a necessary roof repair she needed to move temporarily to another room until the repair was completed. The staff made great effort to assist with the move which included her bedroom, clothes closet, her favorite chair, phone and television connections; so was not an easy task. It was a challenge for Mom to go through the change, but she understood she had no choice. After about 6 weeks the repair was complete and Michelle Cochran (Director) and Jose (Maintenance) helped expedite getting her resettled. Often these efforts go unnoticed. We want to be sure to express our appreciation in this review. Thank you for all you do for our mother and the other residents at Rancho Village, especially when things are difficult, as they often are for the elderly. ❤️

An amazing place for seniors to live, make friends and make memories!!!! I love how the staff is so attentive to the residents and always have great activities for them to engage in!! The facility is always clean with friendly staff!!

I’m currently going thru a problem with Rancho in regard's to getting a refund for overpayment. My mother stayed her for awhile before having to go back into the hospital. She asked me to pay her delinquent bill so I went to the website to take care of it. The site was misleading, after entering the debit card info and pressing submit, the app said the payment wasn’t accepted. I tried again and experienced the same thing. What I learned later is $7900.00 was taken out of my mom’s checking account! Since the beginning of March, I’ve spoken with the assistant manager and staff about being refunded ASAP for overpayment. Sadly, all I’ve been getting is the run around and empty words. Im being told that I can’t even call corporate to ask if the refund has been approved to be issued.
