This is my first time visiting Holiday Rancho Village. It is a well maintained place. The staff are friendly and the presentation was very informative. Everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the amenities they offer. My friend is looking for a retirement place. Our sales manager, Diane Davis, was patient with all of our questions and answered everything in detail. She made us feel like we're home. We also had lunch, which was tasty, and the service was fantastic. It seems everyone who works for this great organization enjoys working and helping the residents.

I have lived here over a year. Everyone has been so kind, patient and respectful. I love my apartment and caregiver Carl. He is handsome and easy to get along with. Corrine is my dear friend here. We spend our time together which I enjoy. Everyone is nice. Absolutely wonderful people and beautiful place to live.

My mother lives here ! We ( her grown children ) love it . Safe. Secure, clean welcoming home environment for her . The staff here are wonderful, kind and truly caring .. We looked at 5 other facilities. This is the best one .. by far … nothing bad about tie others . This one just really rises above ! Stands out as the best in their league. I’ll save you time and money .. just book here and be content for the rest of your life!

I live in this community and want to share my experience. Many of us here are elderly and value kindness and respect, especially from management. Unfortunately, the manager Donika , has spoken to us in a rude and dismissive tone when we’ve brought up concerns. Several neighbors and I have expressed issues about the dining room and our weekly cleaning of our apartments. since our rent includes three meals a day, we expect them to be fresh and prepared well. The Chef does a great job preparing meals, but as seniors we can sometimes be a bit particular about food, and that should be handled with patience and understanding. Instead of addressing these concerns calmly, Donika often raises her voice, which makes us feel uncomfortable and even scared to approach her. We have very sensitive individuals that live here. Because of this, many long-time tenants , including myself, are looking for another place. It’s very sad and disheartening that after being part of this community for so long, a manager’s tone and lack of respect are pushing people away from a place that should feel like home.
