My grandmother moved in not long ago and when I went to visit her last week I overhead the person who is sitting at the front desk gossiping with the housekeepers, talking bad about staff members, and witnessed them being disrespectful to other employees. The management needs to get things under control. I asked my grandmother how she likes it, and she says the housekeeping girls and the lady in the front have a lot of attitude - and is shows. I will be actively seeking a new location and getting my grandmother out of there as soon as possible. I feel bad because my grandmother spoke so highly of Kerri but it is not what she expected. GET YOUR STAFF UNDER CONTROL!!!!

My sister has lived comfortably here at Quail Run for more than 2 years. She has made some friends & has remarked there are several daytime activities for people with various ability levels. She had lived a very busy, very independent NYC life before she chose to downsize & ENJOY this safe, comfortable, living arrangement. She has found it’s really nice to be provided 3 meals every day plus maid service! Independent living at its best!

Chris is wonderful (not to mention an amazing sight for the eyes)! He was a joy to talk to and was super helpful explaining the process of everything! Can't recommend enough, especially if Chris is the one to handle everything 😉

I have lived here for the last 4 years and am very happy in my apartment with my Kitty. The management staff are always willing and able to assist. I have had to give up my car and driving but Quail Run has Van Service residents available for shopping and doctors appointments. Entertainment is available as well.
