I am amazed at how my Mom has changed while at The Oaks. Every day I walk in, I get a report before I see her. I've "caught " her walking down to dinner with the girls and she was laughing, talking and smiling!!! I felt so proud to see this, it's a huge accomplishment! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful to both of us. They provide excellent care with getting her showered and out of her apartment and make it fun. I'm very happy with the changes that I see. I still panic when they call, lol, but keeping me informed on med changes and such is important. I'm very happy to becoming her daughter again instead of her nurse. I'm VERY pleased with having my Mom in your care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

I had a very unexpected stroke at a rather young age(57) and went to the Oaks to recover. I wish i could give this review more than 5 stars. The facility is nice enough; it’s the people who work there that exceed expectations. I was really scared to be there, those fears were resolved my first day. I cannot praise the folks who took care of me enough. Everyone was kind and compassionate and helped me get better. I’m home after a week of care, and so glad to be able to come home and maintain my independence. I don’t think I could have. Without the therapy I received at The Oaks of Bethesda.

I can't say enough good things about the Oaks at Bethesda. The Oaks at Bethesda has been a blessing for my grandmother. Since coming here, she is like her old self again. She goes to almost all meals, plays bingo and various other activities. Her spirit is brighter than ever! We're so grateful for the caring staff, the positive and engaging environment, and overall quality of care!
