Cassie and Katie have been wonderful to work with! Cassie was super helpful in recommendations and guiding us through multiple transitions with my parents, and this was while we were still just on the wait-list. Now that Mom is moved in and Dad is almost out of rehab, we look forward to both of them settling in to enjoy and thrive in this community. Everyone has been super friendly and accommodating and I personally love the fact that there is independent living and 2 bedroom apartments at Primrose too. It creates a different and more positive energy compared to other facilities/homes.

Primrose Retirement Community is a top notch facility. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and courteous and always doing things with the patrons. The kitchen staff and food are excellent. They also do so many things for their Veterans that stay there. I have 3 really close friends that are at Primrose and they could not be happier! If you are looking for a place for a loved one, this is the place.

Primrose Retirement Community is a top notch, fabulous place to live. Where do I begin? The facility is lovely- AND it is the people who make Primrose the place to be. Upon arrival, you are greeted by the best team who wants you to truly feel at home. Katie, Carrie, and Cassie - what a team. The nurses are outstanding, Teresa and Aimee (sp) Katelyn, and all nursing staff - the nursing aides are so kind and truly care. The housekeeping staff are magical angels who clearly take pride in their work and are the best. Liz and EVERY housekeeper professional rules. Nancy and Cindy, who are are expert chefs, make the whole meal experience better than restaurants. Tammy plans the most memorable and powerful experiences that are beyond the usual and are fun! Jeff and Charlie are the rockstar maintenance who keep everything working smoothly. Everyone we have interacted with at Primrose has definitely shown that it is the place to be.
