I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose Retirement Community and the team there. The level of care, compassion, and dedication from the staff is truly exceptional. The Executive Director and Activities Director work incredibly well together, and that teamwork shows in every part of the community. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming, supportive, and engaging environment for both residents and staff. It’s clear they genuinely care about each resident as an individual and strive to make every day as meaningful and fulfilling as possible. Retirement and assisted living situations can come with unique challenges, but the team at Primrose handles those challenges with grace, patience, and heart. They do an amazing job balancing care, dignity, fun, and connection, ensuring residents feel valued, respected, and included. What stands out most is the positive atmosphere they’ve created, it feels like a true community, not just a facility. The staff works hard to bring joy, comfort, and purpose to the residents’ daily lives, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for a place where people are genuinely cared for and treated like family, Primrose is something special.

Primrose has done an excellent job over the last 5 years fully supporting my parents thru transitions including from a duplex to an apartment in the main building. Both the support staff and the nursing staff have been incredibly flexible and supportive throughout including when my father passed. Excellent support!

I moved my parents into Primrose a few months ago. The staff made this difficult transition so easy for me. My parents are very well taken care of here. From Sophie in dining to Branna in sales the staff is friendly and always helpful. The nursing team keeps my parents comfortable and treats them like family. I highly recommend this facility!

The lady named Alissa who works there is very rude biased and does not treat staff or guests well. I’ve witnessed it firsthand as a previous resident and decided to leave primrose due to her unprofessional passive aggressive nature. As a resident in a community I want someone hard working and honest to interact with not someone who belittles everyone and thinks she is above others. Fix it primrose. Do better.
