Good morning,I would love to leave a review about Primrose Retirement Community of Newburgh I would first like to say that the facility is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I just loved it!! Secondly I would love to say that your admission coordinator Mrs Dorothy Spaulding Sales Director is a AMAZING PERSON!! Me and my friends were sooo impressed with her she took let time to give us the BEST TOUR of the facility !!we were all impressed with her!! no matter how many times we all may have asked her any questions she would take her time and answer each one of our questions We were impressed with the food that was served she even asked us if were would like to have lunch while we were touring we all passed cause we had just had lunch before we came there But we all said how delicious the food looked!! The staff were all very polite and nice! When we all left we just talk about Mrs Spaulding Sales Director she made sure to give us the packages of information that included prices each each room the villas,independent care and memory care and she gave each one of us a hug and we just felt like we had known her for years that is just how comfortable she made us feel!! So again we were sooo impressed with primrose retirement community we loved it and we knew when my love one comes there we would be sooo “happy “ as well as knowing that they would get the “bestest”care!! Your facility is just AMAZING and Thank u again Mrs Dorothy Spaulding for the tour we just loved your kindness and caring U R THE BEST!!!Primrose Retirement Community is BLESSED to have u🙏🏽🙏🏽Thank u Tiania Wiley!🥰

I had an exceptional experience visiting Primrose Retirement Community of Evansville. Dorothy Spaulding went above and beyond to explain the many benefits of living at Primrose and took the time to personally tour me through the beautiful new villas. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care for residents were evident throughout the entire visit. What impressed me most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Dorothy and the entire team. It is clear that the staff truly care about their residents and are committed to providing outstanding service, comfort, and support. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and dedicated to ensuring seniors feel valued and at home. If you are looking for a senior living community where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion, I highly recommend Primrose of Evansville. Dorothy and her team set the standard for excellence in senior living. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Primrose has been so wonderful since my mom has moved there. The staff are AMAZING! Everyone is so friendly, just like we are all family. We know our mom has been well taken care of and she is so happy. We couldn’t be happier!

The many activities that are available to residents are outstanding. The staff works with the residents, encouraging us to be involved in as many of the activities as possible, which helps make our days enjoyable. The food is thoughtfully prepared with attention paid to specific diets and desires. My dog Trixie also loves it here! Should you choose Primrose, you will not be disappointed.
