Overview
Bell Oaks Place is an Assisted Living community that fosters a sense of family among residents. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.
Our residents engage in a variety of daily activities, such as exercise classes, card club, bingo, worship services, pet therapy, and live entertainment. They also enjoy invigorating outdoor activities, including gardening, and outings for shopping, dining, and entertainment. We always offer exceptional Assisted Living to provide the comfort and care our residents deserve.

Great staff - exceptional! They truly love the residents and care for them. I would give them 5 stars; however, 1 star for management. Management will continue to raise their rates. Ask any other POA, they will agree. Don't just take my word for it. An unjustified rate increase over $1000.00 a month. Verified by other employees, it was not warranted. We gave them a 90 day verbal notice we were looking to move soon. They still charged a full month's rent payment after leaving. Remember....it's your loved one's money.

We are incredibly grateful to Kim Goelzhauser and the entire team at Bell Oaks for the care and compassion they showed our mom during her short stay. From the moment we reached out, Kim went above and beyond to get our mom placed on such short notice (from rehab) showing not just professionalism but genuine kindness during a very emotional time for our family. Even though her time there was brief, the care she received was comforting and respectful. When hospice became involved, the staff continued to support us with warmth and empathy, helping to ensure her final days were peaceful and dignified. After her passing, we continued to feel supported, and it was clear that the staff truly cared. We are so thankful for everything Kim and the team did for our family — their compassion made all the difference during an incredibly difficult time.

Kim with Bell Oaks hosts a lunch and Bingo for the residents at Park Place once a month. She is friendly and caring and we enjoy having her visit us. When I need Assisted Living, I will be checking into Bell Oaks with Kim's help!
