Prairie Lakes Health Campus

I don't have any thing good to say about this campus. I took care of my own husband. They didn't give him a bath. They didn't pay any attention to him. When he ring for help they took forever or didn't come at all.I did everything except doing the IV and giving him his medicine. I wouldn't recommend at all.

We took my 85 year old father to Prairie Lakes for rehab. After 7 horrible days of care, we transferred him out of there to a different rehab. On the first day he was there, my sister’s wallet was stolen. They investigated but didn’t take action. There was no system of check in. On the first day, it took the day nurse and aide to transfer my father from the bed to his wheelchair and they almost dropped him. He should have been transferred using a lift, but we couldn’t get a meeting with his care team until day 5 to get this in place. The day nurse always had an excuse why she couldn’t help and had a horrible attitude when asked. Some of the aides were ok but some were rough. Care was haphazard. People would fall asleep at the dining tables waiting for someone to help them or take them to their rooms. PT was mediocre at best. When we left, no one asked if we needed help getting my father transported to our car. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Legacy, which is part of the Prairie Lakes Health Campus, was my Mom's second Memory care unit and we did not have a positive experience at the first place. The difference was the staff and how they truly care for the people that reside there. From the nursing staff, to the cleaning staff, to the chef, to the grounds keeper, they were all so kind and caring to both my Mom and to our family. The staff is consistent without the normal turnover and has been there for a long time. No place is perfect but I found that this caring attitude truly made all the difference in her experience there. I can't thank them enough.

Our family cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mother is receiving at Prairie Lakes Health Campus in Noblesville, Indiana. This facility truly deserves its five-star reputation, recently earning a top award from Trilogy, their corporate owner, and an impressive near-perfect survey from the Indiana Department of Health. The team at Prairie Lakes is nothing short of extraordinary. Holly, Kristen, Stephanie, and the entire staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every resident, family member, and coworker is treated with genuine care, compassion, and respect. Their professionalism is matched only by their heartfelt dedication to creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment. In addition to the exceptional care, the facility is currently undergoing a complete remodel to ensure the quality of the physical space matches the high level of care provided. Cleanliness is a top priority, and Eric and his team deserve high marks for maintaining an immaculate environment throughout the building. The dining experience is also worth highlighting. Patrick, Max, Tyrese and the entire kitchen team bring a personal touch to every meal, serving delicious food with a smile. Basem, Anna also stands out for always going the extra mile, ensuring residents’ needs are met quickly and thoughtfully. A simple gesture, like bringing my mother a banana because they know it will brighten her day, speaks volumes about the care and attention to detail provided here. The activities team also deserves immense recognition for the incredible “Circle of Friends” gatherings each evening. This special time after dinner brings residents together to sing, share stories, and connect in meaningful ways. It’s been a joy to see my mother come to life during these moments, finding companionship, laughter, and a renewed sense of purpose through these heartwarming gatherings. They would also help accommodate connecting my mother through her iPad to my sister that lives in Australia to have FaceTime conversations as needed. Now that Service! We also want to give a special shoutout to the team on Conner Drive. The nurses—Bri and Angela, whom we see most often during the first shift as well as all the nurses and medical staff —and the dedicated CNAs, including Dylan, Shawn, Mia, Shelby, and so many others, provide care with deep compassion while striving to provide highest level of professionalism. If you are looking for a place where your loved one will not only be safe and well cared for but also genuinely loved and valued, Prairie Lakes Health Campus is the place.
