My mother moved in a yr ago. Great place, Wonderful staff, with lots of enriching activities to pick from daily. The food is good with many options to choose from. I love to join her for breakfast!! The apartments are a nice size with balconies or patios. Make sure to take a tour. Note... this is independent senior living, not assisted, although they do have assistance options.

My mother has been living at Pine Ridge since November of 2022. She is 92 and loves every bit of it. She is active in the fun and engaging daily activities and games. The food is outstanding! This is partly due to the Head Chef who believes in making food and deserts from scratch. My family and I often enjoy joining her for a lunch or dinner with her and many times, her friends, as well as attending many of the public events. Mom feels very loved by the management and staff, and I can honestly say that I have not found an unfriendly Pine Ridge team member. It feels like family when I or my husband go to visit her. Mom loves her bright modern apartment. And the recently updated common areas are beautiful too. Of the several local senior living communities we visited, Pine Ridge of Plumbrook was hands down the place she (and we) knew would be the perfect place for her to live independently. And it still is. :-)

It’s a beautiful facility with nice residents. Priced well for the location and design of the property. The backup generator has malfunctioned numerous times leaving residents without power for extended periods. Food advertised as top of the line and it probably is better than some although not as good as it could be. Room for improvement, I’m sure they’ll get there.

Our parents have been living at Pine Ridge of Plumbrook for about a month now. Although my siblings and I were nervous about finding senior living that would be welcoming and meet their needs while also staying within a budget, Margo and Lauren made us feel very comfortable with our decision. They were very responsive to all of our questions and allowed us to visit a number of times to tour the building and available apartments, talk to the residents and meet staff members. Everyone at Pine Ridge has been very friendly and welcoming, which has allowed our parents to easily make the transition from their home of 50+ years. They are making many friends and enjoying the variety of activities and services available to them. We are confident that we made the best decision in choosing Pine Ridge and highly recommend it to other families.
