Only been here a week and a half, and like it so far. An older building, but nice as smaller independent living community. Staff and residents alike are friendly and encouraging. The weather turned nice the past two days, and today for lunch they had barbecued ribs that were done on the grill right outside the dining room. (Kudos Melissa!) You can have your privacy if you like, but for the most part, they keep everybody busy, which keeps us all distracted from our respective ailments and conditions. The atmosphere is a more intimate and less distant than larger communities. (In-house therapy and nursing are also available , if needed.)

The team at American House Sterling Meadows are wonderful! I recently attended an event there and the food was amazing & the staff was so friendly. Thank you, Jackie, for all your help and info!

I couldn't be more happy and thankful with the type of place Sterling Meadows is. My dad has been a resident here for a while now and he loves it. He has made so many new friends, attends many Veteran based meetings as well as events. Monthly birthday party, annual car show, family day, grandparents day and much more. They do so much for all the residents at American House.
