Greenville Place has been great! My Dad has been a resident in the Memory Care unit for 1 year. The caregivers are great especially Dawn the Activities director in memory care, she is very loving and genuinely cares for the residents. We had Dad in another facility for a year before Greenville Place and were very unhappy and never saw the level of care and compassion I see at Greenville Place. I recommend them to anyone needing care for their loved one.

The staff at Greenville Place are among the friendliest I have seen! No matter what department they work in, there are smiling faces and an eagerness to help. They truly encourage a family-like atmosphere and respond well to resident's needs. The dining services does a great job as I have sampled the food a couple of times. I am a healthcare professional and would recommend this community to my family.

Very unfortunate and frustrating experience here. I removed my family member. Management team, half are clueless and the other half are rude.. No accountability. You call with a complaint no one calls you back, you come in to speak with someone and no one will talk to you. The new Director is temperamental and rude, no compassion or sense. I'm so glad I made the decision I did. It's a shame that corporates let a building go down, several building issues and so many times with NO hot water, constant change of staff. The last Director, sorry her name escapes me but never hesitated to listen or fix things and always communicate, very nice. This is not the place for anyone family member till they fix all the inner problems of rude staff, poor management, you can't even get help with what your final bill is. They don't care about anyone before, during or after a stay her. So glad we exited this uncaring place

I am so pleased with Greenville Place. The staff seems to truly love Daddy and takes good care of him. He always seems happy. Dawn Grubbs has been personally helpful to me and I know she loves my Daddy. Our experience with his previous facility was not good. He has been here for a year and is well adjusted. So thankful for a place where Daddy is safe!
