I can’t say enough good things about Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living. What stands out most is how genuinely caring and compassionate the team is with the residents. You can tell they don’t see this as just a job—they truly know the residents, take time with them, and treat them with kindness, dignity, and respect every day.

The executive director runs the building with her heart and soul! It’s a great building. You should go check it out :-) your family member would be happy you chose it!

This community has such a strong foundation of caring leaders! Great tenure, too. I absolutely LOVE their renovated community. Very affordable senior housing and the value of this community is through the roof! I saw a lot of apartments being renovated on my visit. I am excited to come back and see how they turned out. I will update with photos!

Management is wonderful, very friendly and welcoming, they make you feel like apart of the family. The food is delicious as well. I also got to witness what happens when a resident passes on which was incredibly beautiful and thoughtful! I’ve been to many assisted living facilities as well as nursing homes and this is the first and only one I’ve ever been to that puts so much effort into ensuring that all employees work together as a team and that every single one of the employees puts the residents first! Hands down best facility I’ve ever seen!
