First I want to say we love the staff at the facility... However my dad passed away on 02/20/26 at the facility. He is owed a small fund of 142.00 and we even got an invoice saying as much. When we called to get the money, we were advised that since my dad didn't give a 20 day notice he isn't due the refund... Excuse me? He died.. there.. he didn't give his loved ones a 20 day notice either. Horrible business practice!!

My husband went into memory care at Riverside Oxford on April 21, 2025. The care there was sufficient but I needed to move him because of location closer to home. I gave a 30 day notice on May 9 and withdrew him on June 9. I expected a refund from June 9 through June 30, as they took the full amount out on the first of the month. I’ve been trying for six months to get a refund and no one from corporate will call me. I would not place my loved one here if you need to take them out for any reason or that perhaps they pass while there. I don’t think you will receive a refund as I have not as of almost December 2025.

Riverside Oxford Memory Care is a delightful community. From the warm, homey atmosphere, to the attentive and caring staff, it exudes a feeling of home. As a fellow member of the Care Community, I am proud to be a partner with Riverside Oxford and would recommend them to anyone searching for Memory Care living options for a loved one.

Oxford Memory Care has poor business practices. We have been promised a refund for my grandfathers monthly dues after he passed away in the facility this June. 90 days was what we are promised and every time we call we get told when they will send it out. Losing a loved one is a hard and we don’t need this headache. This is so unfortunate because their staff is friendly, they care and we saw it every 2-3days we visited my grandfather. I can only imagine the other corners they are cutting in business that will ultimately impact the seniors at this facility in due time. Go somewhere else.
