Generally a nice place for elderly folks. Serves three meals a day and sometimes have speacial meal events. They offer us many activities every day and have nice rooms setup for them. Revently completed an update to the interior of the facility. Colors are really nice and carpet goes well. Unfortunately there wasn't an active construction manager nor did the facility manager or maintenance manager ensure quality of work was controlled. Lots of carpet was runied by workers traking floor adhesive on it and other construction liquds (lots of stains in hallways and entryways by the contractor, carpet is peeling up in several areas and poor judgement was made at high entry points (like kithchen and outdoor entry) where carpet was placed instead of tile. The photo gallery on the Website is NOT the Alan facility. they show a much nicer facility then Allen. Not sure why they do that but it's very misleading. Cleanliness of the facility is poor. I see cleaning ladies visit more than clean. This as been brought up to management many times but no change. Hallways are not maintained and stairways are filthy. Garbage collection areas on each floor is a disaster, constantly overflowing onto the floor. Same with outside. Mattreses, furniture, appliances are littered everywhere. Managerment does nothing. They have washing and dryer machines on each floor with ironing boards to use. Very nice.

We had my father in law's memorial here as he was a resident. The folks here were so friendly and welcoming. I loved walking around and looking at all the displays everyone had at their door's.

Record my husband and I have lived in an independent senior living facility for the last five years. We have been in three different facilities and the one we are in now Parkview and Allen is by far the very best. First of all our apartment is much longer larger and is very well maintaining the hallways and grounds are very well-maintained. The resident here are very friendly and excepting of new people and the staff is extraordinary. They all seem to pitch in and do whatever needs to be done and they just want to help you and ease your way along . Activities are really wonderful. Give us something to do and sometimes it’s a challenge with physical activities and then with mental activities, but we enjoy them both so much and are so appreciative of those who will take their time And Join in.

Hello y’all, never did I think that we would ever move into a senior living place . We looked at several places, to me Holiday Parkview was the nicest looking , the Lobby, Dinning Room, Courtyard and the Swimming Pool were all so PRETTY. We have lived in Holiday Parkview in Allen for three months now. And we have enjoyed everyday since we moved in. Everyone here is so kind and friendly from employees to the residence. They have so many different activities to choose from, there’s lots of fun games, exercises, church services, tours, etc… I love our apartment, love the floor plan it’s perfect for us, it’s our new HOME!!
