I met Marianne while looking for a senior living facility for my mother. It’s been very emotional because my mother has been in her home for over 40 years. Marianne went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable while we walked around and asked tons of questions. Marianne was very patient, informative, professional and pleasant. Moving my Mom into Park House Southfield Senior Living was one of the hardest decisions I had to make-until I met Vikki McDonald. Vikki leads by example with care, dignity and unwavering dedication towards the residents at Park House. Her leadership creates a warm, respectful environment where everyone feels valued. From housekeeping to administrators, the level of respect, courtesy and professionalism is outstanding. The community offers clean grounds, well maintained lobby and common areas, and a variety of engaging social activities tailored for the senior residents. As a daughter, it gives me peace of mind knowing that my Mom is safe and happy.

I recently assisted my Sister in Law in moving from Ohio to Southfield in to Park House Senior Living. Vikki McDonald was our sales manager and not only was she very knowledgeable but extremely helpful in explaining the many services offered in the facility and answering every question we had. She introduced us to key staff members and gave us a thorough tour of the building and the Apartment we chose. I know we’ve chosen the right facility because of the very friendly and competent staff who go out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Park House is clearly a Blessing in our family’s life as we try to provide the very best living environment and care for Rhonda.

I had the pleasure of meeting Vikki, Director of Sales and Marketing through a friend that had just move to the Park House Southfieĺd facility. I requested a tour with Vikki and was impressed not only with her but her pleasant personality and professionalism. The staff were all very friendly and made you feel at home with friends. The tour was great and the deco of the facility was very clean and nice. Spacious apartments and plenty of activities, Personal care and exercise rooms available was a plus. Of course I put in my application!!
