Located just north of Philadelphia, we provide a warm and friendly environment for residents to relax and enjoy our services and amenities, where comfortable spaces and friendly team members come together in our beautiful community.
Our Personal Care Services emphasize on having fun and maintaining independence while still ensuring that care is provided 24 hours a day.
Our Memory Care services include our award-winning Embrace Memory Care, a signature program for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementia, offered by Senior Lifestyle.

Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
Personal Care

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Park Creek Place, particularly their Memory Care residence. My father, who lives with dementia, was a resident there for over nine months, having moved from out of state. From the moment he arrived, the level of care and compassion he received was truly exceptional, providing immense peace of mind for our family. The facility is very clean and bright, with lots of windows letting in natural light, especially through the central courtyard around which all of the communal rooms and hallways radiate. The lobby area and central meeting area resembles a whimsical, airy, and fun recreation of a classic, traditional New England town square where the residents meet for fun activities. The entire staff in the Memory Care building is simply fantastic. They are not only highly trained in caring for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's, but they also approach their work with incredible kindness, attentiveness, and genuine compassion. It was clear they went above and beyond to ensure my father was well-cared for, comfortable, and engaged. A special mention must go to their Executive Director, Michelene Campagna. I truly cannot say enough about her. Her dedication, professionalism, warmth, and personal touch were unparalleled, making a significant difference in my father's well-being and our family's overall experience. While unforeseen circumstances necessitated my father's departure, I want to make it unequivocally clear that this decision had absolutely nothing to do with the outstanding level of care or our satisfaction with Park Creek Place. Both were exceptionally high. I wholeheartedly recommend Park Creek Place to any family seeking a nurturing, professional, and deeply caring environment for their loved ones.

Tamayra “T” Taylor the director of Memory Care is amazing! She has been there for us as we moved our mom from Personal Care to the memory center. She caring and energetic. She and her staff are very attentive and thoughtful. They genuinely want to know about our family members and has a system so that we may FaceTime with her whenever I want. This is so important to me because I live out of state. Her deep understanding of memory loss comes through in all that she does. Thank you T!

Another special shout out to Tamayra “T” and her staff for a fun Friendsgiving Dinner Party. So much fun! The food was delicious and the entertainment was rocking. What a precious moment watching the residents (especially my Dad) laughing, singing, smiling and just really enjoying themselves. It truly filled my heart. So “Thank you” T for the love you show and the care you give to my Dad and the other residents. We are truly blessed, grateful and thankful.

Tamyra is the the Memory care director, she and her team are dedicated, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cognitive support with our seniors. If you need a friendly ear to talk to, just call and talk to T! She is happy to help you! Very clean, pleasantly decorative memory care community that offers all-inclusive care!
