We are so pleased with the care that my aunt is getting here! We don’t live nearby but we are able to see her participating in all the fun events they have for the residents in the videos Palm Bay Memory Care posts on their facebook page. It really is wonderful and gives us a huge amount of peace and comfort knowing that she is having a good time and living her best life, despite her dementia. Thank you so much!!!! I want to express my deep gratitude to all the employees of Palm Bay Memory Care. My husband is a resident of the facility and he is thriving there. I appreciate everyone who has helped with his transition into his new home. Erika has gone above and beyond with her attentiveness to the residents needs. She is a true asset to the facility. I enjoy seeing the photos posted of all the activities he is doing there. He always has a smile on his face. I appreciate every one of you for your work and dedication. This is the place for your loved one to be if you want peace of mind knowing they are well cared for and treated like family. Thank you all!!

Erika was amazing with my husband. She was patient and caring and continually trying to engage him in activities. She also kept me well informed with what was going on with him, which is more than I can say about where he is at now. My husband is young and physically fit and kept climbing the fence to get out. He would still be at Palm Bay Memory Care if they hadn’t required me to pay for one on one care 24 hours a day along with the facility fees.

I visited my Dad today for the first time since Grace took over. I couldn’t believe the amazing changes! Erika, the Executive Director, has stayed in contact from the moment Grace took over but we met her in person for the first time today. She was doing some kind of celebration for the staff but she took time to meet with us and she was so caring and helpful. The staff were all smiling and happy and I could tell they felt appreciated. What a great change! Then there was Thomas, the dining director, Wow! He came to meet with us with a pen and paper and took notes about what Dad likes and doesn’t like. We watched him with some of the residents. He loves them like they are his own grandparents! Living far away has been tough but now that we have met the new team, we are thrilled we made the choice to trust Palm Bay Memory Care with our Dad. Thank you!
