For the past 25 years I have been coming to The Fountains of Melbourne for one reason or another. And you’d think I would know everything there is to about them know by now. Yet, every time I visit, I’m surprised by something new — whether it is an innovative approach to take something from great to greater, or a unique act of compassion that I haven’t seen anywhere else. It amazes me that, even after all these years, they continue to impress me. It’s a rare quality in any community, and they set a high bar for others to follow.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely. I am terrible at names so I can't remember hers but she was lovely. The facility smelled very nice and was perfectly clean. I will be happy to visit there again.

The planned activities for the residents are wonderful. The food could be a little better and the coffee cups not stained.
