My mom has been a resident of the Memory Care facility at Rancho Vista Senior Living for two and a half years, and we couldn't be happier with her care. The environment is consistently clean, bright, and welcoming. Most importantly, the staff are the most caring and compassionate caregivers we have ever encountered. They go above and beyond to provide engaging activities that keep the residents active and social. We have complete peace of mind knowing that mom is in such excellent hands.

As an outside agency, we've had the opportunity to work closely with Rancho Vista Senior Living and have been consistently impressed by the compassion of their team. Esmeralda, the Resident Services Director, is exactly who you want overseeing your loved one's clinical needs. She knows every resident and their individual needs without even having to look at their chart. Her two right hands, Angeles and Kathleen, uphold the same exceptional standard of care. Brian, the Executive Director, truly does it all. From assessing residents to educating staff, he ensures that Rancho Vista is a place where both residents and employees want to be. My mother was a resident for about a year and a half and our experience was very positive. This is a light, bright and clean living situation. Attractive interior and apartments. Roger, the director is responsive, friendly and follows through on his promises. The staff is great too—caring and efficient. The facility offers lots of activities and the grounds are nice. It’s up on a hill and has a light cool breeze to sit outside and enjoy. Terry at the front receptionist area is a warm and welcoming first impression. My mom’s dementia increased to the point where she required 24 hour care so we had to move her. She greatly enjoyed her remodeled spacious 1 bedroom apartment and the friends she made there. Thank you Rancho Vista for taking such good care of her! Highly recommend.

The family started investigating assisted living facilities a couple of years ago getting information for when mom would need more care. The decision to go with Rancho Vista was a no brainer. The facility is well kept, inside and out. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Mom is well taken care of and loves the staff to pieces. It's a great relief to know mom is in good hands with a wonderful environment and great staff. I would strongly recommend Rancho Vista.
