I highly recommend Arcadia Place for our senior community. Every time I visit, I love to see all the interactions and friendships among the residents. There’s always different activities taking place, shows the great lengths community goes to provide entertainment options for our seniors and not stick to the same routine. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help provide support , always there for their residents. The management office is always open! Tim and Lisa are amazing . Arcadia Place truly is home for our loved ones. Great environment!

I had the pleasure of touring your facility recently while visiting from Oregon. I am just beginning my search for a safe and nurturing place for my mother. And, Kirsten was a wealth of information and pointed out all the key points during the tour! The amenities, the safety and the cleanliness of the building, and the staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The dining area and menu sounded like fine dining at a resort! The grounds were very well maintained. My mom loves to do artwork, and it looked like she would have plenty of room and time to keep her engaged in one of her favorite hobbies! I’m very impressed with how much it feels like home and that my mom would be very happy to call this place home. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and professionalism shown on every level.

My mom has only been living at Arcadia Senior Living since January, 2025, but it's been a great experience so far. Lisa, Kirsten, Tim, and Melissa from the front office have all bent over backwards to assist the transition has been a smooth and seamless one. Every time I've asked for assistance, one of these individuals has stepped up and quickly assisted - setting up Mom's Direct TV, so it was connected and running before she even moved into her apartment - disconnecting her old medical alert necklace, while hooking up her new system associated with the community - Melissa even offered me a slice of pizza in the evening once, when I was moving boxes into Mom's new apartment, after a long day of work. I've even been contacted by the office staff when they were concerned about Mom's welfare on an occasion. It's the little things. They have a dining hall which prepares 3 meals a day for the residents. They have a driver that will take residents to appointments/run errands within 10 miles of the community I believe. It's independent living, but they do have assisted living add-ons available if need be, which is great. They offer community activities like art classes and exercise classes. And they have community ambassadors who welcome new residents, and make sure they feel comfortable, as they settle in. Here's some free advice folks, coming from someone in the medical field: Residents and their family members get out of this place what you put in. (Like most things in life.) Treat the staff and residents here with courtesy and respect, and you and your loved one living here will get it back exponentially. It's not complicated, and it works. - Mark
