This is a bittersweet review. Soon, I will be finalizing my Mom's move-out from OSO. Mom loved this place as they pretty much let her live and enjoy her home without constant interruptions. She loved how quiet it was, safe and how friendly the staff were. In fact, when any overall maintenance had to be done, they knew my Mom couldn't walk very well, so they would time maintenance visits whenever a caregiver or family member were on premises. OSO was the best decision I made for Mom. Thanks for over 5 wonderful years of residence.

I am living in this apartment complex and never thought that it is so unsafe here. Due to inadequate security arrangements, Some one lifted/stole my vehicle on night Nov 7/8 2025 from the parking in front of building 9. Once I contacted management they were neither bothered nor concerned. My God WE ARE LIVING IN AN UNSAFE environment. BE CAREFUL EVERYONE.

Presently in litigation with Greystar due to manager allowing caretaker to move my husband w/o notifying me. Caretakers took my belongings and the safe. Be careful here. Also, get a ring door bell. The response below is false from Overture. We did not have domestic issues we had an egregious caretaker. This is not a 55 active community anymore. It depicts a nursing home.
